NewPoint Presents $12M Loan for Affordable Community Construction in Madison

NewPoint Real Estate Capital is looking to an affordable future with a $12 million dollar loan for a Madison, WI community
NewPoint Real Estate Capital provided a $12 million Construction Loan for the development of an Affordable Housing Community in Madison. Bear Real Estate Group is the sponsor of the affordable housing project, The Flats at 402.
The project will feature 54-unit apartments, most of which will be restricted to residents who earn 50 to 60 percent of the area’s median income. All units will be offered at affordable rates, with tax credits available and funding provided by the Housing Authority of Dane County.
