Bear Real Estate Group to Add 258 Homes in Mount Pleasant, WI
Bear Real Estate Group is planning to begin work on two separate subdivision projects in the spring of 2023. Together, those subdivisions would add 258 homes to Mount Pleasant Village.
The Kenosha-based developer is currently building Summerset, a 60-lot subdivision at 2215 Airline Road. The company also plans to build Pike River Crossing, a 198 lot development on Highway 31 and KR.
