Johnson Controls Renovation on Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Watchlist
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has been eyeing several downtown Milwaukee office buildings that are currently underused and have potential to be converted into apartments.
One of the five larger candidates for such a change is our renovation project of Johnson Controls’ offices, which will have to undergo significant renovations if it were going to be transformed from an office complex into another type of building altogether.
